To ensure a comfortable and efficient pumping experience, it is crucial to choose the right size of pump flange insert. The key is to measure the diameter of your nipple, excluding the areola, and then select an insert that is 3-5mm larger. This snug fit will allow the breast milk to drain smoothly without causing any foreign body sensation.

In addition to the proper size, our pump flange inserts also feature an anti-milk backflow design. An additional collar surrounding the insert ensures a complete seal, preventing milk from entering between the insert and the pump flange. This not only improves the suction but also enhances the overall efficiency of the pumping process.

To maintain optimal performance and safety, we recommend following these guidelines:

1. Before use, the flange inserts can be sterilized with steam or boiling water.
2. After each use, clean the inserts with warm soapy water and thoroughly rinse them.
3. Replace the inserts every 1-2 months or if they become deformed or yellowed.
4. Using coconut oil or nipple oil can reduce friction and enhance the convenience of use.
5. If the inserts are deformed during transportation, place them in hot water at 212°F (100°C) for 3 minutes or 176°F (80°C) for 5 minutes to restore their original appearance.
