The rim of the insert is specially designed for soft breasts, easily and quickly reducing the large flange to a custom size. Momcozy insert sizes are 15/17/19/21mm. An additional collar around the insert ensures that milk cannot flow back into the space between the insert and the flange, providing a complete seal for improved suction.

To determine the proper size, place the bottom of the nipple perpendicular to the ruler or nipple measure tool card. Use a size chart for guidance on the fit. The size of the flange insert is significant for comfortable and efficient pumping. If your nipple rubs or feels squeezed in the flange channel, it is an unsuitable flange size and you need to replace the right size flange/insert.
